This project is in 2 parts. \r\nPart 1\r\nTo create a form to populate a MySQL database in Joomla. We already have an RS component installed and an Enquiry Form so that can be used as a guide.\r\nPart 2\r\nTo take some of the data in the MySQL database and then populate specific fields in a word and/or PDF document. The word document will be a template where it will already have written words but the task of the programme is to take specific data such as name, tele number, booking reference which is unique number etc and then place it in specific place in the word and/or PDF document.\r\nUsing the same format as the contact us form \r\n\r\nSee atached document for more details of fields and presentation
