So I have a question..
What happens if I have some code developed, and I can't reach the original guy?
Now, I'm not new at working with developers in eastern europe.
I don't want to have all my code continually rewritten because "what the other guy did sucks". Its a trend I'm starting to see too many times now. Everyone's code sucks unless they wrote it. I have never seen a developer compliment another developer's code.. each new developer always "knows best".
And what if I'm working on a bigger project.. And I get it developed through to the end.. and then the guy vanishes for whatever reason.. how do I get features added then?
Yes, I know, documentation. But that doesn't seem to be helping much. There has to be a better way that works in OUR environment, an environment where we regularly work with lots of different developers.
What do you think is the best way to handle this?
