Social interactive website programming

Thank you for looking and we hope you will find this project interesting: This is a large-scale, exciting new project which will be built in phases. We are ready to begin coding our project's first phase with a qualified, motivated and creative coder. The project is a brand new social networking website with many exciting new features not seen elsewhere. Payment will be through RAC like normal upon completion of this first phase of the project. We plan to keep expanding the features of our project for some time to come. It's better to keep the same coders for this instead of re-hiring new ones all the time and re-writing code. Therefore, for the long-term coder, we will also make it more interesting by offering an attractive share option in the project. The lucky coder stands to make ongoing share profits, by sticking around and helping us make this the best social networking site ever. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Overview of the project, as a whole: A social networking site featuring multi-lingual layouts, User Profiles, Musician Profiles, mobile alerts, web-based instant messaging, in-site email, photo gallery viewer, flash based music player, flash based video player, blogs, guestbooks, polls, comprehensive profile search and browse, media ratings and comments (photos, music, videos), user layout editor, classifieds engine, commercial directory engine, a comprehensive targeted advertising engine paired with client-login pages to administer client ad campaigns with full analysis and breakdown of site usage. Various live charts and graphs for admin and clients, and aggregate data tools.. Will also have a client payment gateway and funds balance management, thus the need for e-commerce skills. There are of course many more features not listed here, which are too sensitive to disclose publicly without the NDA. Because of the large scale of the project, it will be broken down into versions. This will help everyone stay focused. This bid request is for Version 0.1. Because of the competitive nature of this project, we are not able to list exactly what needs to be delivered here on this space. However, after you return our signed NDA, we will forward you a full description along with technical drawings and charts with additional information. Attached is our NDA if you'd like to review it before bidding. ## Platform Apache, MySQL, PHP, PERL, CSS, AJAX, C, Flash, Javascript, and E-commerce Transaction Gateway APIs such as Verisign. It is a great advantage if the lead coder is also versed in: Mobile WAP, Java, Carbon, Cocoa, XSERVE, XGRID, and XSAN. These are not immediate requirements but will be very helpful for future expansion of our project. However, if you do not currently have these (somewhat non mainstream) skills, we may still work together. Intermediate skill level in the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lemkesoft GraphicConverter, as this is a web based project. Important note: For security and efficiency, no part of the project's source code shall be developed on, transferred through, or stored on any Microsoft branded operating systems, networks, tools, software or other products. However, we will use Microsoft systems for browser compatibility testing.
