IOS/Android app

We are looking for a freelancer to develop an app for us. This can be in IOS, Android or both. Design and functionality like [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The app must be a virtual marketplace and community for a defined group of users based on their profession. Approximately 350.000 ursers are in scope. The app is a connection between the user group and the suppliers of the target market. Suppliers: 1. Suppliers want to advert their weekly offers to the community (this will be displayed like in vakantieveiling of scoupy). 2. Suppliers can put extra emphasis on one weekly offer by using a pop up in the app. 3. Suppliers must be able to deliver the content for these offers directly in a pre-defined format. 4. Suppliers will have a advertisement subscription so full registration is needed. Users 1. Users can download the app in the app-store (paid or free) and register themselves 2. Users can see the weekly offers in a list of suppliers and receive on certain times pop-ups with additional special offers 3. Users must be able to define a smaller list from the total supplier-offers in order to have a decent view. 4. Users can rank the suppliers by rating them based on e.g. quality, customer satisfaction. Additional functionality: 1. Users can chat with eachother with a chat-function like facebook chat and discuss specific topics 2. Information sharing, a forum-like page for very specific user-information, eg questions, stories. Look and feel: The home page of the app should have 4 buttons; Weekly offers; Forum, Chat and trends. The weekly offers are the information from the suppliers, the Forum and chat speak for themselves and the trends is a page were all kind of trends, news etc will be displayes by us. The app should be fresh and trendy, colour; green. Especially for trendy people.
