i have implemented one Similar Clinic Management System in Doha - Qatar, here is the summary of the system
* Open Source Technology ( OpenERP ) , its Client Server architecture, and multi-users, with multi-currency, and users can login from any where. and its web based, so can open in browser
* The Clinic had staff of 60 ( in one shift : 5 reception counters + 1 Cash counter, 5 or 6 Doctors , 15 technicians, 2-4 Laboratory staff, 1-2 Pharmacy Staff, 2 Account department, 2-4 administration) and it was working in 2 shift, so total users were nearly 60, and almost all has login passwor to ERP, and can see their related data / modules
== RECEPTION Access
They can see patients , search using phone number or Case number, new patient registration, set appointment, can print barcode label, and also can scan reports to the patient record,
== Cash Counter,
Doctor generates bill, and patient has to pay on cash counter, when doctor generate bill , it immediately reflect on Cashier screen, and when patient arrives to pay on counter, all details are are already know by cashier and there is feature to give credit to patient, different payment method, and currency also
== Accounting module
Configure HR and payroll module also , and some reports to give daily and monthly activity and doctor's commission ( there was 10% commission of each doctors earning)
== Inventory
for Pharmacy we setup complete solution with inventory, and point of sale also
