Project Description: Clinic Management Software Technology: Open Architecture: Client Server, multi-location, multi-users, multi-currency with remote log-in option Snap Shot Software is intended to minimize manual paperwork and provide basic level of centralized activity for a small to medium sized clinic. Patient Module: *Creating appointments and handling walk-in patient queues; new patient registration & old patient lookup by telephone#, name, address etc. *Patient file once created would keep track of patient’s visits to the clinic, ailments, symptoms, doctor’s notes and medicines prescribed with date & time. *Patient file should allow for insertion of scanned medical reports and photos relevant to each case on the patient file. *Software should allow doctors to add comments; photos, reports, updates to multiple patient visits within the same case (same ailment). Or create new cases for the patient if the visit is for a new ailment. *In other words the software is expected should record and display details of each clinic visit by date for all patients. Accounting Module: *Auto generate bills based on a set formula. Attending doctor to have editing option on the bill. *Employee details; employee payroll, loan management, cash flow statement, expense, petty cash Daily, weekly, monthly financial reports Inventory Module: *Display medicines / clinic perishables with available quantities, on-order quantities, re-order quantities and bin locations. *Software should auto alert for restocking medicines once re-order levels are reached. *Ability to raise purchase orders to various vendors; receive merchandise and hold back orders etc. Settings / Security / General / Reporting *Software should allow for user-level security and allow admin to assign creating, viewing, editing, printing, deleting rights on all fields in the software. *Software should maintain a log of all users along with their login status and activity. *Software should auto-save data and also allow for auto-backup of the entire data at specified times. *Patient, transaction, account, Inventory related customizable report generation and exporting data to excel / pdf / word/ Interface should be light colored; clutter free and with spacious layout with easy to read text, large buttons; color theme should be user customizable; reports should include graphs with numbers when possible.
