Joomla Data Entry Module

Hi, I would need to have a Joomla component/ or plugin that could be places inside an article. The module should be able to - when the page is loaded - to retrieve data related to the logged in user (using e.g. Joomla user-id). The the user should be able to update some fields while some fields are protected and can not be updated. It should be possible to insert new records and/or update the repopulate data and finally save the data back to database. It would be nice to have the module be able to retrieve tables and columns related to it dynamically. However, if this makes things over complicated as the number of tables that will used with this component is small, it may be possible to hard code those into the module. This would require that I could then use this module as template when creating individual modules for each table. If possible it would be really good if the module could support some relational structures, e.g. type of mother-child or one-to-many relations ships. Example would be a list of currencies which each have one more exchange rate from different dates. Any suggestions and ideas are welcomed - this is slightly time critical so the sooner the first version of the module could be available the better Thanks
