101656 Customer Control Panel

I own a directory submission site [login to view URL] This is whats there currently : 1) Customer chooses the package, clicks on buy button, pay via paypal & after payment is completed customer gets redirected to the form page and submits his detail. Once the submission work is complete we send customer a detail of submission via email with excel file attachment. This is what I want Customers perspective : 1) Customer signs up 2) Login to his account 3) Fills up the Submission Detail 4) chooses the package 5) makes the payment 5) gets directed back to his account 6) Can see the submission detail with submission is complete. Admin area : 1) Gets a notification when new customer signs up. 2) Gets a notification when new customer pays. 3) Can see the submission detail given by customer. 4) Admin can update the information in the admin area, as the submission gets complete. 5) Can send email to customer when submission is complete. This is what I want from my perspective, if you've more input I'll appreciate. Please give me your best possible rate, given are new in business cannot affort much. Also I want this work to be done as soon as possible.
