nice classified ads site with features(repost)

Looking to start a classified ads site locally and it will be free at first for all those who register... for the exception of some featured ads and space for advertising banners, etc... Once the site is working well, I will then add small charges for all ads. It needs all the features seen in a decent classified site... plus a good admin section. Show me or tell me what you have to offer... Here is a good example site to compare features..
