Online Shop portal

Hi all can you all give me a bidding fopr online shop that i will do it .. and it will be my startup to the e-commerce zone. So i want a web site that i can easily add the products add the description and updated all the contencts and the adds that will be displayed in the web site and i will need a section for controlo\ing the news paper of the web site and a section wher i can update the products of the week of the month and soo on. I will need to use payment transaction. so can any one provide me with the proposal and the template desin and how long it wioll take him i need als a flash introduction OR HTMl depend in user request. the web site should also have the feature of notification the admin of the web site when an order is placed and want to be shipped. I need an area for the admin where i can read the users comment . companies enquiries....and i need to have a databse driven web site that can stored allthe information that i need So the web site So far and with all this requirement is in the first stage and i have more advanced stages to be developed if the web site hasa good reputation so the second ahse i will increase the budget for more complecated feaure and customers suggestion... I want also to know from the advertisment control wher i can change the ads ad keep track of how many users actully click on this add and how many seconds he stayed at that web site.. i will need to be able to generate different reports about the transaction and the traffic in Daily base and weekley..
