Web Server Statistics Package Needed

Web Server Statistics We have a Win2K Server running IIS at our new web site www.percevia.com. This job is to help me find an easy to use web statistical package that I can buy and install on my server that lets me access via a web page that does the things below. The job here is to specify that package for me, not to program it. I don't want to sign up for a service that does this remotely, I want the package to run on my server and to be easy to modify and customize. Summary Stores and displays the number of times our software product is downloaded. Stores and displays the number the number of unique visitors. Stores and displays the number the number of page loads. Stores and displays the number the number of first time users. Stores and displays the number the number of returning users. Stores and displays the number averages and lifetime totals for these counts. Visitor Stores and displays for each visitor: Date, Time, Browser, OS, Resolution, Country, Host Name/Web Page/Referring Link. Came From Shows the Referring link and totals for each link Country What countries the link comes from with counts for each. Popular Most popular pages and the counts of the total times that page was loaded. Browser Total counts for each browser used by visitors, and its version number.
