Wordpress Theme coded from my PSD design

I am looking for someone that is very knowledgeable with coding themes in Wordpress. I have the theme in PSD and need them coded into a Wordpress functioning theme. It must validate and be widget ready. I need someone I can work with on a regular basis and that can understand the things I need. I will retain Full Rights to the themes. I need the style sheet to be clean and easy manageable not cluttered. If you are interested in working on this project please bid, ask questions before if you need to. Themes need to work with the latest Wordpress version and the last one. Looking for some good talent to continue other jobs with... I listed this project for 10 days but if I find someone in the meantime I will close it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
