Embed midi in Executable

Embed a midi (sound) file to an executable. Upon opening the program the midi file should start playing. Would like to have the complete source code as well as the tool necessary to build the project. When closing the program, same must exit smoothly without any freeze. The midi file should be invisible that is, integrated to the program. (Should be compatible to Visual Basic 4)
