Private Placement Memorandum Creator

A Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) is a document that is used to inform potential investors when raising private company funding.

This project purpose is to:

1)? Provide forms to input standard company data and details needed to create a PPM.

2)? Populates accordingly a series of Word templates to create customize PPM documents.?

3)? Outputs the finish PPM documents in either Word or PDF format.

NOTE:? The software input forms, ability to save company info to XML and open company info XML file has already been created.? We would be willing to give this information to a qualified bidder in order to complete the program.? Please keep this in mind when bidding.

Please provide information regarding similar programming tasks that you have done in the past.? I do not want a "I sure would like to give that a try" reply.? Only qualified responses / bids will be accepted.?

If you have never worked on populating Word templates or producing PDF outputs, then please don't bid.
