Process Blocker

I need a program written in VB or VB.NET that will display a list of all of the software on a machine. This would work like the Add Remove Programs dialog in Windows. It should include all browsers installed on the machine and any other software you can list. If KAzaa is on the machine list it. Get as many software names as you can in the list. Then the user can select a checkbox beside the items they would like to lock or block. Checking the box will keep that process from running unless an admin password is entered. For instance if I want to keep users from using Internet Explorer I click the check box beside it then click "Lock Programs" and then it is locked. Then if a user opens I.E. the software should shut down the process and pop up a form for the user to enter the password. If the password is correct then we load the requested software.

I am open to suggestions on this.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
