SQL tables to link to ACCESS database

I have multiple SQL databases that contains hundreds of tables in each database. The tables are named as follows as an example: 123_Case, 123_Claims and 123_Comments oR 222_Case, 222_Claims and 222_Comments. All 123 tables contains in one database and 222 tables can be located in a different database. Currently I link these tables to ACCESS Front End through Macro by giving path and tables names etc. I want to automate this process where if I can speicy that path and table names in a table it can automatically link these table to the ACCESS Front end thtough a script or module. Instead of doing it manually. Keeping in mind that this Front end is used by many users so the link should be a system DNS inseated of a user DNS. Where they can access from any PC.(the links) I am pretty sure its real simple for programmers to do this.
