Keep most of the copy that we have now and drop it in a new WordPress theme to refresh. Visuals will need to be updated. The advantage of using WordPress is that we can update the site with new content as we move forward. We will update Latest News most frequently. Services information has less frequent change. Current navigation tabs: Home About Services Clients Latest News Careers Contacts About section copy is updated. Services section has detailed information. Should be more visual. Clients – needs to be updated. Does not match corporate PPT. Latest News is being added to as we have more news. We don’t require to sort by category. Careers – Do we need this tab? We can combine that in the Contact section. Contacts – no change. Copy is updated. Partners – Do we want to include a partners section? Could be technology vendor partners, and/or content provider partners. WordPress theme – We have done some initial checking and would like to consider these options. Do they support 2 languages? Would these themes allow us to achieve our objective? Pros, cons for consideration? Option 1 - [login to view URL] ($150) Fully customizable, SEO friendly Option 2 – [login to view URL] ($175) 3 customizable templates Visuals – The visuals should be more directly related to digital entertainment. Need to purchase new stock shots as appropriate. The current website uses 7 images. The images should be placed on the same web pages in the English, Spanish versions of the website. Languages – English (UK), Spanish Spanish site is a mirror of the English site. Social media links: Links to Twitter, LinkedIn social media accounts. Option to add blog posts later. Branding Brand colors – black, white, grey, pink See brand guidelines. Further consideration and recommendations regarding best use of: Web analytics Site maintenance, backup and updates required Search engine optimization Responsive site design for PC and mobile devices Do we want to make the content more shareable?
