New and better website.

I already have a page where I sell used panties and socks: [login to view URL], but it was never completed, so I want to start all over (please don’t take any design-inspiration from this page) Actually I don’t like the design of the page right now. What I want is a Clean, funky, professional site where the design is the top priority. I want the entire site created with a template so I can change all the pictures and words/links. I want a counter so I can see how many visits the page. Directions for design: The top banner should be made as a flash, so the pictures change. The design shall be in light (warm) sexy colors. I have a lot of pictures so I want to be able to upload an unlimited number of pictures by my self – and to be able to change the pictures by my self as well – not only at the top banner. I want a menu at the top with Home, About Me, Contact me, Pictures Of Me, and Response From Customers – just as it is on my page now. Under Response From Costumers I want to be able to upload the messages/feedback I receive from customers. I also want a box (place it where you think) with Information: Payment, Shipment, Condition and Often Asked Questions. At the middle of the page I want 8 pictures. 4 pictures for panties and 4 pictures for socks, since I have 4 categories for each (Hotpants, G-string, Satin and Lace + Hold Up Stockings, Panty Hoes, Knee High Nylon Socks and Socks. Payment: 25% for accepted design, 45% when the page is completely done and tested. And the last 30% after a month’s run. With your offer, please attach your idea of the front page design. The best design will get the contract.
