Short summary: An interview system that can allow people to make applications, then lets people submit applications, the selected few from the appliers (which are selected by the employer) can then select a video chat interview time within the employer's threshold. The employer can then select the few "contestants" from the interview and can then select a Real Life Appointment at a location of choice, or if its an online/remote job, they can go through another video interview. The application: The employer can sign up, then begin making their post. They can choose a category, title, write a breif description, write an IDD (IN-DEPTH-DESCRIPTION) and can then make their application. The application consists of a series of employer-written questions. Some may be multiple choice, some may be regular text questions. From the multiple choice questions, the employer can choose the right answer(s) and the candidates can be filtered automatically based on what they choose. For example: Do you have a college degree? A. (_) Yes B. (_) No C. (_) I did not graduate college but attended it. ___________________________________ If the employer only accepts A and C, the ones that chose B would be ruled out. Their applications would still be view-able for premium members in a separate section. The video interview: When the employer has chosen the candidates (up to 5 for regular members, unlimited for premium) out of the applications, the chosen candidates will be notified via email and account message and will be asked to make a video interview appointment, they may choose out of the available time slots of the employer. 1 week, 3 days, 1 day, and one hour from the appointment time they will be notified of the time to join the in-browser chatroom. They will be given a configurable time slot to join before they are disconnected, and they may choose another appointment or be ruled out by the employer. In the chatroom they are recorded, while on webcam and are connected to the employer to be asked questions. The interviews may be played back by premium users for later recapping. The in-real-life interview: Once a Finalist, or for premium users, Finalists have/has been chosen, they may find a time for a real life application. If the Finalist must travel, the employer will have the option to pay for travel expenses and airfare. DONE: When the right person has been found, the employer may close the post and announce the "winner(s)" of the job.
