web based income and expenditure website

I would like to have a web based income and expenditure for my business with different locations. I would like to have an income and expenditure sript where each office will log in with their data. I will like to assign various categories of responsibilities and have a central control which can be viewed on a day to day bases. The script should be able to accommodate different currencies as these locations are based in different countries I would like reports to be created on a day, month, year etc basis Please this is an urgent project and will appreciate a lancer who has done a similar project in the past.
