Outllook and Outlook Express button/dropdown menu with web link into toolbar

The goal of this project is to make one button/dropdown menu (at extreme right of toolbar) to access web into Outlook and Outlook Express. We can give you the code, to hook and create button/Dropdown menu into Outlook and OE. You can see the above picture. Using Delphi 7 : 1) Create one file with this information: Category1 Category1 Title11 Desc11 bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla [login to view URL] Category1 Title12 Desc12 [login to view URL] Category2 Category2 Title21 Desc21 [login to view URL] Category2 Title22 Desc22 [login to view URL] *** Items should appear into menu like that Category1 (separator) Title11 (with icon) Title12 (with icon) Category2 (Separator) Title21 (with icon) Title22 (with icon) 2) On start of OE, you should load the file into the Dropdown menu. By default, the label of button is the first title “Title11??. 3) When the mouse pass and stay over the button, the description “Description 11 bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla ?? (if Title11 is displayed as label of button) should appear. If chars exceed 25 chars, you write in the next line. At the end, the link should appear. 4) If you click on the button, you should open the browser with the web link linked with “Tilte11?? (if Title11 is displayed as label of button) in this case “[login to view URL]? 5) If you navigate into menu and let mouse over one item, the description associate at this item should appear like describe at point 3. 6) If you select (click) on the item, you should open the browser with the web link linked to the item selected like describe at the point 4 AND the title of item should appear as new label of button. 7) The menu should be able to update its content on demand (if file change). NB: Bids can be accepted for just OE or Outlook (instead of both), but at half the price of the whole project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
