TIFF compiler

Need an application to go out to multiple locations on our network (we will specify the exact locations - we can either show a network path, or map drives on the machine that will run this application): 1) Search for all files beginning with a prefix we specify 2) Take all the files, there will be hundreds (they are TIFF files) and combine them into one big file (preferably PDF, but TIFF if we have to) 3) Winzip this large file 4) FTP this to a specified location at a time we specify 5) Email confimration of the FTP to a set of addresses we provide Must be monitorable so we can make sure it is running. it should only zip and send the files vreated since the last time it ran ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
