Aadhaar Authentication from Spreadsheet data

We are in business of Skill development for Govt of India. We provide training to thousands of students across India. We are required to ensure the Aadhaar card and personal details provided to us by students are validated appropriately. We require a Javascript developer to develop a piece of validation software to take data from Spreadsheet, pass it via a Javascript program (provided by UIDAI) and report back for each row of data. This program should be part of the spreadsheet as a Macro (or similar).
