Add Feature For Saved Search (Apartment, House, Condo, etc.) & Foreclosure Bids

Current Real Estate Theme at [login to view URL] allows clients to post ads for properties. The NEW FEATURE needed is to allow clients to 1-A. Allow a filtered search of the data base to create a prompt for the search to be saved in their profiles so if a feature property is posted that meets the search criteria the database can send a automated email with references to a posting matching their search preference. 1-B. Clients should be able to from their profiles post a Searching For ad. This is not an actual ad but just a active automated search for the database to notify the client if a current or future post matches their "Saved Filtered Search" criteria. Notification is sent by email, Facebook, or integrated systems. 1-C. In the notification or within their profile client must have to option to turn off Saved Search and Re-Activate as they may need. CHOOSE AUCTION PLUG IN TO MODIFY or WRITE SCRIPT 2-A. Administrator wants to have the ability to post a property under current "Real Estate Theme" but only Admin can create a "Auction for Clients" to Post a bid. Bids received are automatically sent to "who" the Auction is hosted for eg. Bank and like ALL Auctions there may or may not be a "Count Down" to close for bids. 2-B. Admin can choose to or not choose to set minimum bid or to make all clients bids public or private (allow clients to see or not see each other's bids). However, all clients who bid MUST BE REGISTERED users with verified accounts. Admin should be able to create report for bid history and the business who the auction is for (eg Bank) should be able to see and ran report for any and all properties that are being "Auctioned". 2-C. Auction Closed-If there was a active "Count Down" chosen for the auction the automatically a Notice is posted on the website. If no count down was selected for auction Admin or "the business who the auction is hosted for" can select to end the Auction. Any client who bid, Admin and "Host Business" are notified of bid ended and bid won. Admin and "Hosted Business" can see FULL DETAILS of clients but the Public can only see the winning bid AMOUNT (if its public bid). FREELANCER must see this as 2 part project and understand the website is and will remain LIVE while enhancements are worked on.
