I need this on JS and Arcgis, so maybe you have to convert the xml to a Geojson
I have a webservice with an xml response, it gives you coordinates (lat lng) of a car and some other info. I need to code a website which refreshes every second to see if this xml has been updated, and once a new car is added to that xml check if its in the geofence we will define (are of interest) and trigger another api I have to send push notifications.
Basically everysecond you will refresh xml, check if new coordinates are in an specific area and trigger an api
