Bespoke CMS & CRM Multisite Software Built

I am looking for someone to build a bespoke CMS & CRM system for a multi site group of companies that we own for 3 different business. I do not need the design or the front end layout being built as this has already been done. However you would need to integrate this into the CMS. The system needs to be very robust and secure and user friendly, also you would need to give a copy of the code with a manual and hand over the CMS/CRM once completed as a finished project. I do not mind if you have an existing CMS that you feel could accommodate what we are looking for however you would need to customise it accordingly, to suit our needs. The 1st phase of the project, has to be completed by Friday 15th May this is a Must as i have committed to the board that we will show our 1st site by then, and the rest can then be completed over a longer period. In order for me to interview you for this project you must be able to show me login's of previous CMS so that i can access the work you have done, to be convinced and satisfied that you can do this job, as we have been let down already. I am not interested in Wordpress/Magento/drupal it has to be Bespoke. I have attached 2 documents, 1 is the problems that we have currently had and what we require, the 2nd is a full detailed document of what was written or us originally and attempted to develop using Wordpress & magneto however this failed. We would like the specifications, features and functions as described in the 66 Page document to be applied to the bespoke system, we do not want to use ready made plugin's we require custom built software. I have not put a fixed price in for this project as i need you to read the work and make an offer, i do have a friend that has custom built CMS/CRM that can do this extremely cheap for me however he is booked up until August and this has to be done a lot sooner. PLEASE NOTE THAT UNLESS YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE AND SHOW ME A PREVIOUS CMS/CRM YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY BUILT WITH A DEMO LOGIN I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HIRE YOU.
