Blacklist & Whitelist For SIP

We are currently carrying VOIP traffic in wholesale telecommunication business. We would like to eliminate some calls via white list and black list. White list will have passive number which I will upload it, black list will have some elimination rules such as "if calls start with 00xxx prefix, or contain, or end with. Finally, this traffic will be live traffic therefore this filter may have a capacity for doing more than 1000 process simultaneously. The calls already go through Softswitch. Let’s say simple, asterisk will listen for incoming calls, then apply the rules created to the calls then route the calls to my Softswitch. If ANI or CLD could not pass thru on white or blacklist, that related call will reject with 503 sip code. What I did is I have molded one PBX blacklist extension such that all numbers added there are used as the whitelist. So I have a panel from PBX to upload your whitelist numbers. When uploading a bulk list through CSV, the first column will be number/callerid while 2nd column will be description. Please note that blacklist is already reprogrammed. And so whitelist can be uploaded as bulk in CSV format. Whats remaining is to connect the phone to Asterisk. Which I have already added in trunks. Outbound route need to be added to use the trunk to route the incoming calls into the softphone I have also prepared a flowchart which is also attached for better understanding.
