My goal is to have an interactive website that will allow me to upload an excel sheet from which then specific cells (always will be the same) will be extracted and copied into a separate PDF file (always will go into same location in the pdf). Along with some intermediate steps and then this completed pdf is allowed to be downloaded by the user.... Step 1: upload excel step 2: extract data from excel cells into PDF step 3: query on a website and copy paste information from there into specific PDF location step 4: download the completed PDF As simple as possible, doesn't have to be pretty I just want a working version of this.

Have you already created the pdf template that we will be inserting the data into? Also, will I have full server access to complete this project? As we will need to install a PHP plugin on the server. (so a shared server wouldn't work) Let me know :)
