Looking for competitive quotes for bid to make a responsive website on WordPress with the following functionality. Create a sign up form, save the users categorically. (for example: Basic user & advanced user, etc) Have the users log in & upload 7 to 10 fields. Other users should be able to view these fields. Control the way the fields are displayed based on the user category. (basic user can view only field 1 to 4, Advanced user can view field 5 to 10, etc) Upload the user logins & data to a database using php/mysql etc, and be able to display these in a web based format to the other users. The Back end should be visible to the site admin as well. Site admin can enable / disable / upgrade user categorically. We Will be providing The website structure, site map and possibly access to the wordpress site as well. The whole stuff should be completely customizable and editable, with options to add new fields or remove fields. Descriptions should be added to the code while coding. This is basically a simple project, the bidder should be flexible to work with and be strong in the required skills - No timewasters please.
