Every year, we hold an event (Arctic15). We would like to develop an event website for this year, and to develop it in the form of a template. As such, it can be reused, with few tweaks to look different in coming few years (images, videos, styles, colours, etc)
The event page should be (initially) consisted of
1) Tickets (this has to be very visible!) The payment gateway is through a third party, so you just need to put a link when a person clicks
2) Speakers, Who's here? Picture of speakers attending the event, and pop up of short summary about them. A page for each of them bio as well.
3)Pitching Competition: Main competition in the event, where we give a grand price. Details about how to apply, and the price to be displayed.
4)Info: General info about the event. It's history, location, how to reach it, etc.
5) Matchmaking: A page where attendees can request meetings, see other attendees that match their profile, etc. That will require a login and profile quesionaires. That section will be the section requiring most backend work in that project. Ex.: Matching logic in DB. That part can be assessed separately, and discussed over a call.
6) Corporates: In that section we display the corporates (companies) that will attend the event and some details about them.
7) For Investors,: Details page with Info to invistors who visit our event, with the services we provid to them.
8) Website link (usually we use it for side events)
For Angels: Details page with Info to Angel Investors who visit our event, with the services we provid to them.
9) Food: Menu and details about the catering at the event.
10) Workshops: In each event, we have workshops. Each workshop have details and people organizing and presenting it. That page should display the different workshop we have.
