Will it be done in an existing web pages or from scratch in some new website? Do you have design in PSD or Html pages? Can I use any Framework in PHP for this? What's the time frame? What's the budget?

Hi, I have seen your attached document file and understood your work requirements as given: 1. User can add channels from Right panel to left by creating folder at left panel. 2. folder will be named as "New folder1" "New Folder2" automatically during creation. It can be renamed, deleted and Added a new one. 3. Channels can not be deleted, it will be always either right or left panel. 4. Drag and drop functionality with rearrangement of channels at Left panel. JStree would be used in drag and drop functionality. 5. Call back action for every change in Left panel to initiate changes on Database accordingly. However, We have couple of questions on it: 1. 10 channels would be always predefined at Right panel or user can add new channels as well? 2. Can user be able to drag one channel from a folder to other folder at left side for rearrangement? We need these information to provide you exact budget and timeline of the work.
