Convert a Template to a Website

FACTS: 2.000 downloads - PDF eBook 500 hard copies = 2.500 potential sales of our 'book' The current idea is to sell the 'book' through Woocommerce plugin on www.theasiacollective.com. Assuming we will have 20 vendors within the book, resulting in 20 different vouchers within the book. Option 1: One unique code per vendor per sold ebook = 20 vendors x 2.500 potential sales = 50.000 unique codes need to be created and implemented in system Option 2: One unique code per customer (= per sold ebook) = 2.500 unique codes need to be created and implemented in system OPTION 1 - 50.000 unique codes (per customer per venue) BACKEND: * Option to create different vendors and assign unique codes i.e. VENDOR A + assign 2.500 unique codes VENDOR B + assign 2.500 unique codes .. VENDOR T + assign 2.500 unique codes * Automatically create 2.500 PDF sheets with one unique code per vendor (20 total unique codes per sheet, one for each vendor A, B ... T) * Automatically create the 50.000 unique codes beforehand FRONTEND: If customer comes to i.e. Vendor C with a unique code, Vendor C can access i.e. [login to view URL] with a simple interface to type in the code to 'redeem' it; Potential idea: Vendor C has to fill in customer name + code; similar to: [login to view URL] The unique code will then be automatically marked as 'redeemed' in backend and next time someone types in that specific code in the front end an error will come up with the message 'This code has already been redeemed'. Once a unique code from a vendor has been redeemed, an automatic email will be sent to vendor C as well as to our email address with date + code + customer name. OPTION 2 - 2.500 unique codes (per customer) BACKEND: * Option to create different vendors * Each vendor receives unique login details * Assign 2.500 unique customer codes to backend FRONT END: * Vendor logs in to type in customer code and marks as redeemed * Once a unique customer code from a vendor has been redeemed, an automatic email will be sent to vendor C as well as to an email address with date + code + customer name. -> possible to automatically assign one of the 2.500 unique codes once a PDF has been bought via Woocommerce and assign buyer information to back end of validation portal? So name of customer ideally pops up when vendor types in code to verify.
