What do you mean by not having access to backend? Do you have admin access to your wordpress site? If not, it is not possible to extract the database. Please confirm. Thanks Rishi

Depending on what access you do have there are several ways to get this file... The easiest is if you have access to phpmyadmin. If that isn't an option, then the next option is with ftp access, we can download the database access file to get the db connection info, then use that to make a php file that will create a sql dump file, then download that...
