I understand that you just require the public information of the user ID in your possession. I have done something similar for twitter using python and a python twitter client API to get the basic information of the account's followers. I also have a experience with facebook's graph API and python's facebook client API. To complete this project I would write a python bot to crawl the user ID in the format given, using the graph API query each user ID against it then response would be written to an excel file. Already worked with the Facebook API on a previous project, using the Django framework for Python.
