I am looking to hire someone to create a Wordpress blog for me. I am planning to purchase domain name & hosting in the next few days and will need someone to install/create a Wordpress blog once I have done this. Essentially it does not have to be a completely one-off design at this stage, if you are a developer with a portfolio, I do not mind selecting a pre-made template with a few tweaks maybe. I am not <i>too</i> precious about the design, I really want to get it up and running so I can start posting and raising awareness. I can create banners, logos, images, avatars etc or whatever is needed. Simply let me know the dimensions etc. Along with this I would appreciate some instruction on the process to go through to update the key elements, such as uploading photos, creating posts, links etc. Any other major changes I would be happy to return to you at another fee. I just need to know the basics. I'm not a complete tech dummy, I understand basic html (& teach ICT & computing at high school), so the instructions don't need to be completely 'for dummies'. I do plan to learn to use Wordpress to a decent level, but it's on the long to do list...
