Create a Wordpress Template

Hi, I have purchased a template - see here: [login to view URL] The bones of the site will stay the same, but the look needs to be edited. Child Theme changes only. Some of the changes to be made: HOME PAGE: + layout needs to change (will be the image header version) + aesthetic changes made (fonts, colours, layout) LISTING PAGE: + The map part made larger in height + remove roadmap, terrain, satellite option (keep it default roadmap) + I'd like to use some snazzy map to select the colouring of the Google map + filter moved to the left (see more about filters below) + design of the listing changed. I want there to be two to three columns with images and a small description below. More like a card system. Will provide mockups. + load more on scroll down vs. pages + once again just aesthetic tweaks + removal of the right sidebar widgets - it will go to the left and only be filter options. FILTER SEARCH OPTIONS: + more parameters added. It should be similar to [login to view URL] (also I like the mobile look of that one with the filter options being at the bottom) + it needs to be moved to the left-hand side. INDIVIDUAL LISTING PAGES: + design and layout changed/tweaked. + restaurant version changed BLOG: + layout and design changed. BLOG DETAIL/SINGLE POST: + make it so I can choose full width, boxed (without sidebar) or with sidebar left/right. FOOTER: + design changes made. I have the designs mocked up in SKETCH 3 - PLEASE HAVE THIS SOFTWARE!!! NOT PHOTOSHOP!!! Please see attached for examples of the changes to be made. Please quote WORDPRESSCHANGESKETCH to be considered for the job. I need to know that you have read the listing. You need to be a superstar with programming. I will provide visual mockups of the changes to be made. Do not bid if you cannot do this and do it perfectly. THIS IS FOR PROGRAMMING ONLY NO DESIGN.
