Create a Wordpress Template

Wordpress Expert required I have a website that is currently 100% designed using OpenCart, however with the actual cart now being out of date, I am considering have the current site design remade into a wordpress theme. The site is pretty large but there are only around 6 different page layouts, all have the same header footer obviously. Anyway can you take a look at [login to view URL] and just let me know how much it would cost to make a wordpress theme so that it looks just the same as my current site. I can obviously add all the content as long as the overall design is in place. Also I would be looking to install buddypress (I think its called) as I will be planning on selling opencart themes and modules via it, I will also be having a ebook section and video library, these are already part of my current site so you should be able to see what I am after. Its just important that its compatible on all browsers, well coded and ideally mobile and tablet ready. I would also require good after sales support should I run into any issues. I would also like to have the basics setup on the site as well if possible such as buddypress installed and any security modules plius contact form, and the pages so that all I need to do is add the content as can do that bit myself as long as everything is there.
