Create a Wordpress Template

I´m looking for someone who can work on a website [login to view URL], using a Wordpress theme template for hotels and adjusting certain CSS and HTML codes, or creating a template from scratch. I would like the webpage to be responsive, and have more images and less text, having an option for opening a text box when clicking on an "i" of information on the top corners of certain images. I would provide all the images and text needed in the webpage and if you prefer I can upload them to whichever part they need to be uploaded on Wordpress. The webpage needs to have options for English or Spanish, either using a plugin or created by the developer where I can add the text for both languages ( Not automatic translations or Google translations) The webpage needs an option where people can book by automatically sending an e-mail to the owners so that they can contact them with further details. Also a sidebar or footer widget with a shortcode for our Airbnb listings and Tripadvisor reviews and top menu social network logos for Facebook and Instagram. I´m looking forward to working on this project with you.
