Customers need to go through this questions:
1. Which type of device: (iPhone, iPad, iPod, Samsung)
2. Which model
3. Which color
4. What is the problem
5. Make appointment or send device
6. Address etc.
- After question 4. We want to roll-out a quote. Then people can decide whether to continue or stop.
- We need to have a progress bar, with choses made and how far a customer is in the process.

is it a framework? (joomla, wordpress)
I can create what you need without refreshing the page using ajax and bootstrap so the form is well displayed no matter the device accesing it.
Will use php-MySQL to get the quote and store all information.
Can also open a calendar where the costumer selects when he wants the apointment to be done (he will see available - unavailable times.
