Create website that does Instagram account functions

Hello, I need someone with experience using the Instagram API to make a website. The purpose of the website is for the user to login with the Instagram account, then the website will follow and unfollow people automatically in the background. There should be 2 features: - Follow: after logging in, User enters the name of another account, and the website will automatically follow all the users that are already following that account (60 actions per hour) - only the ones that the user is not already following - Unfollow: after logging in, user will press unfollow and the website will start to unfollow the people that the user is already following (60 actions per hour) - reauthenticate button allows the user to login in again with their Instagram account - Stop button = stops all activity all functions should be able to run in the background without needing to leave the browser open, this can be done using a cron job so you need to know how to set this up as well. Any questions, please ask. The job will also include any extra small and basic features that will be needed like login/logout features etc. Needs to be done ASAP - in 1-3 days. 75% of the milestone will be released once the website is completed and tested to be working correctly. 25% of the milestone will be held and released after 3 months to make sure any bugs and issues are fixed.
