Creating Front/Back End Web Server For Follow Liker

I'm looking for someone to create a website where users can log on, select certain parameters, and then have that information be inputted into my Follow Liker application ([login to view URL]). Essentially, this will be a web application where one can log in and manipulate/automate what would normally require manual actions in the application Follow Liker. I would like the interface of this website to be similar to [login to view URL] where users can select certain parameters and receive a free trial, but you will not need to create an Instagram bot itself. Instead, I simply would like you to create what is necessary so that when people select certain parameters, that information would be automatically translated to Follow Liker, which is being run on a VPS.
