Customization for Wordpress bidding site

I would like to have some adjustments on a Wordpress bidding site. 1. There's a countdown timer for each auction already. I would like to have the possibility for pause all running countdown timers at a certain time, for a certain duration. For example: at 2300hours I would like all countdown timers to pause for 9 hours untill 0800hours the next day. 2. Each auction has a 'reserve' price. Meaning when the price entered in the 'reserve' field has not been met, it will not be sold to the bidding customers. I would like to add an extra function to this, like if the 'reserve'price has not been met when the countdown timer has finished, it should add a certain amount of time to the countdown timer. For example: The 'reserve' price has been set on $20 , with the current bidding price on $15 and the countdown timer on 00:00:00, I need it to automaticly add a certain amount of time again to the countdown timer untill the 'reserve' price has been met. This needs to be on a loop, untill the 'reserve' price has been met. In this case it could mean to add an extra 10 minutes to the auction every time when the countdown timer has reached 00:00:00 and the 'reserve' price has not been met.
