Develop a PHP Script to grab Console output from a Rust Server

I am creating a website that would allow you to manage your Rust Game Server all in a browser. However one piece of that is grabbing the console output, and I am unsure how to do that, and after a lot of searching I still haven't found the answer. That's why I'm turning to this site to see if I can pay someone to do it for me. Rust is a game (not the language) which can be found at playrust.com. This game has implemented the Source RCON Protocol, which I believe you will need to pull the console output. ([login to view URL]) There are many tools that grab console output already in existence such as Rusty or RustAdmin, however they are all applications and not built in PHP. There are also other code repositories that might be doing it as well, but they are in C#, not PHP, which is the issue. Console output will look similar to this, which I can see using RustAdmin: [login to view URL] To simplify the above, what I want is: A script which will connect to my server and echo console output to my browser every 1 second. This must be coded in PHP. If it is a complex application (shouldn't be) then it needs to use Object Oriented Principles. However, it is hopefully a small script which I can easily modify and incorporate into my own application. If you need additional details, please let me know.
