Development of a Wordpress plugin for sync Woocommerce

The goal is to Sync woocommerce products with products from already existing MySQL tables The plugin has to handle 3 states: - Products to be inserted ( import photo from url, and add product ) - Products to de deleted ( change product status in draft ) - Products to be updated ( update photo, price, description, title, attributes ) there is also a database table that maps external categories to existing wordpress categories of product The sync has to be handled by calling a specific page in a cron job The developer has also to handle a couple of woocommerce hooks: 1- Send customer data to an external ( already existing ) service and store the external id given by the service during the registration. If a customer already exists and has the id given by the external service, the system has only to place the order without adding customers detail to the external service. 2- Before the checkout the plugin has to perform an availability control for that product ( ex. t-shirt size ) by contacting the external service ( already existing ). If everything it's ok, place the order and send data to the external service also ( after paypal payment succedeed ), otherwise display the unavailability error No support needed for multiple languages, of graphics or installation.
