WP Site Optimisation

Please read carefully as I'm not just looking for a generic website optimiser. I have already been through the process of optimising the site, and the Pingdom and GT Metrix scores are around about 90, which is good enough. However, the site is still taking 10 seconds to load. I have 40 plug ins, some of which are not very large, and I run Woocomerce through the WP. I have plenty server storage, and I also now have a CDN. Believe me, I've done all I can to get this optimised. When I do a test with all the plug ins and a standard theme, it loads in under 2 seconds. When I do a test with the plug ins unplugged and my them loaded, its 8 seconds plus. So I believe something is up with the theme but I don't have the expertise to work out what. So I'm not looking for someone to run a Pingdom or GTMetrix test and tell me I can get better than 87 for server caching, or whatever else. I just would like one thing. Someone that can read through the code of my theme, and identify what the problem is. Please reply with the word "CATS" on the first line of your response so I know you have read this and fully understand that I'm not looking for plug ins, or general optimisation, or setting up a cookieless domain, or anything else. Writing "CATS" will tell me you understand I just need someone to troubleshoot the theme. I'm sorry to be so specific with those of you that get it, its just that I know I'll have a barage or responses from people who do not. I look forward to hearing from the experts.
