adding article page and dinamicaly sitemap generator

We need a interface for adding article to a blog and a dinamicaly sitemap generator with ping to google. No design is needed, and all coding must be done in mysqli (not mysql) WE NEED CODING NOT INTEGRATION INTO BLOGS PLATFORMS ! 1. The page for adding article must include: - title, url name, text, meta keys, meta description, image cover, aparation date, category, tags, cover image - the text area must be able to include/upload images into the content of the article - the tags, must be able to add different tags separated by commas (TAGS not words), and if possible autosuggest from the available tags - the image cover must resize to the dimension and if possible to crop if its not landscape - this page should have AUTOSAVE - and also a save button 2. The sitemap generator must generate sitemap from table "blog" with friendly url name and it should be done by trigger (a different page or, a include page to add on the submit form of posting article for example) ALL CODE MUST BE CLEAN AND LICEENCED OR FREE TO USE PERSONAL OR COMMERCIAL.
