Looking for a specialist who is talented into HTML CSS Frontend developer. A website must become responsive. Actually the website is responsive ([login to view URL]) but not well done, elements are getting break off or overlapping each other while reducing the browser window. The Page MUST be apsolutely flexibel an 100% done according to the specification PDF. It is up to you to make it the way that no elements getting break down or overlapping each other on reducing the browser window like it is right now. The website must be fully seen on Laptop 16:9 as well as on 4:9 Screens. Fully seen means all the elements of the page has to be seen at once such as the footer the navbar the header and so on. Also compatible to PC screen as well as for tablets and mobile phone, as it is so common today. Please only bid on this Project if you feel yourselve a real talented Frontend developer, and only if you can program the layout 100% exactly as the specification PDF file shows. The price of the Projects work is not negotiable. If the work is well done, I can provide more projects and long-therm relationship in working together and cooperation.

Hello, here it seems that the only solution would be an burger nav (because there is not space left when switching to the phone screen). A burger nav means a menu that has a button in the top left corner (like at any phone app with 3 lines that is the button i am talking about).
