Cloudflare AVPI v4 to Plesk 12 DNS Sync

6 years ago we built a script to synchronize all the DNS on Plesk to our CloudFlare account. This script was built using Cloudflare's original API, which died this weekend. We were caught with our pants down and thus have no syncing capabilities anymore. We need to hire a Freelancer to build us a new API using CloudFlare's API v4 ([login to view URL]). We will provide our current code, so you'll have a starting point, though if you've done this before you'll likely want to start from scratch and write this much better than we ever did 6 years ago. The gist is this - we run a shared hosting server using Plesk 12. We have a few hundred domains on the server, and we need a script that will iterate through all domains in Plesk, list the DNS records saved in Plesk for that domain, compare it to what is in Cloudflare, and synchronize them. We also want the script to have a flag, so that if the flag is not set we can have a cron job to only synchronize new records in Plesk, and if it is set we synchronize everything. You'll see that in the current code if you win the bid. We would like the new script to be written in PHP. The winning bidder will very likely be hired to write additional calls, so please write this in a library fashion, with the script calling functions from the library page. In that way we can use the calls in other parts of our system. I don't have time to have 'chats' with all the bidders who want to try and learn more. If you have experience with Cloudflare's API and Plesk's PSA database, you'll be perfectly fine. If you are a native english speaker, please list that, as that's a bonus as we can have voice chats to discuss any issues you have once the project begins.
