**Please read the scope in details before submitting a proposal** Working with a client who is running a face-to-face event in mid-July and we require a web platform that we can invite delegates to register on to help us provide a covid safe event. There will be two sides of the platform, one for event attendees, and one for event administrators. For attendees, when they register on the platform they will be asked to upload their photo ID and pick one of the following: • Upload their vaccination card • Upload their PCR test result (72 hours before event) • Upload their antibody test result Administrators will be tasked with validating their uploaded documents and either accept or reject. Attendees may be required to do daily covid tests and upload the results. Attendees will be able to show a unique QR code generated by the app to administrators who can scan and confirm that have passed all the checks (to allow them into the venue). I imagine this might be colour coded, green means they pose no risk, amber means there may be some further checks required, and red means they cannot enter the venue. Attendees will also have to check into the venue via the app using a QR code near the entrance, and check out of the venue using a QR code near the exit. Administrators will be able to access an admin section to see all people registered and work through verifying the uploaded documents. Administrators will be able to see a list of who is currently checked into the venue, and see a log of any individual when they have checked in or out. Administrators will be able to scan the traffic light QR code on the attendee device to confirm they have passed the checks on the platform. Administrators will be able to add new attendees to the platform. Particular attention will need to be given around data protection and ensuring the all uploads are secure, with no risk of data being compromised. We are really looking for a provider who has examples of relatable projects, with a particular emphasis on QR codes or event/attendee management.
