X2 will manage the clients profile, storage capacity, folder permissions and rules and X2 will also help mobile apps to connect with storage server. Following are the core functions. 5. X2 Core Functionalities 5.1 X2 will help users to files, contacts, photo galleries, calendars synchronized through Ajax. Ajax notifications will pop-up at the left side bottom of the page if anything changes on GUI. New or updated content will come up on top of the page automatically without refreshing the entire page through Ajax. With web sync function that keeps the all web single/shared group folder or file sessions on the same page through Ajax and notifications. 5.2 X2 users will allow uploading, downloading, editing files, rename create folders, sub folders (creating folder under folder/subfolder limit to 12) in local directory through web GUI. 5.3 X2 clients will be allow to share data with others X2 users only. X2 users will authorize to set permission and give other to access to read, edit .txt, excel and MS word files. X2 users are only authorize to share one or more than one public folders or file with other X2 users according to two methods • If X2 user is a member of a group created by another X2 • If X2send invitation to another X2 user on email. X2 enable a secure front-end framework for renaming, copying, moving, and deleting files and directories, individually or in bulk 5.4 X2 clients will be allow playing their own music and video files or shared content through email invitation as sharing described in 4.5.3. X2 clients will use other media player WordPress plugins to play media content. If we add another plugins then X2must be compatible them. 5.5 If client or group owner chose to select logging then X2 must capture the log for file addition, modification and delete for past 3 days which will help admin to monitor any changes made by other X2 clients.
