Custom Artist WP Plugin

Business Process: Our client works with local artist community to produce articles utilizing the digital art provided by the participating artists. Artists are paid variable commission based on the revenue received from the sales of the products that utilize their submitted digital art. Products are sold using Woocommerce platform. We need a WP plugin integrated with Woocommerce that would provide the following functionality: 1. Allow new artists to request partnership (Sign-up). We want this section to be configurable where we can add custom fields for additional information if we need to. 2. Allow web site admin to review the pending requests and approve/reject new artists. Approved artists must review and accept the partnership contract (terms and conditions). 3. The plugin must provide a control panel/dashboard for artists where then should be able to do the following; -- 1. upload their art. The uploaded materials must be reviewed and approved by the site admin before they can be used in production. -- 2. review their uploaded art and request to remove from production - subject for approval by site admin --3. when the submitted art is used in productions, there must be a way to specify in the woocommerce product catalog what artists would earn a commission from this product and the commission itself (either % or absolute amount). There might be more then one articles of art from multiple artists used to make one product, so there must be a way to specify commissions for all related artists. --4. there must be a way for artists to monitor relevant product sales and their commission. A some sort of a dashboard that would show what products involving their art were sold, the corresponding profit made and the awarded commission (royalty).
